Where – Anderson Park, Montclair
On a beautiful Spring day in picturesque Anderson Park, teams from Montclair and Hoboken combined for a thrilling affair of ball on willow. Our first ever outdoor game could not have been closer or more entertaining, going right to the last ball when a four was needed but the boundary could not be broken. Plenty of players batted sumptuously with sixes aplenty and the bowling was of the highest order. We enjoyed a few champagne moment catches and even had our first “streaker”, fully dressed fortunately, replete with camera and a story for a deck, a rocking chair and a large cigar.
The photos tell the story….we will do it all again in July.

The boundary walk…trying to look cool

Down the track for 6 over long off…sweet!

In 30 years they will be asking ‘where are they now?’

Who ate all the pies??!

Serenity….

The crucial toss – Montclair to bat
